Project Description
Kuzu Group won the tender of Maskan Mehr, the world’s largest single-contract mass housing project, in 2010 and under a contract entered into with the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Ministry of Roads and Urbanization completed the construction of 20,000 housing units in the city of Parand in 2013. The infrastructure construction of the project’s Pardis leg was completed in 2016.
In Pardis, Kuzu Group continues to build 37,000 housing units, 76 schools, 31 sports facilities, 17 mosques, 7 health centers, 7 cultural centers, 3 parks, shopping centers and recreational spaces on a total area of 3,953,449 m2. Kuzu Group constructed a total of 57,000 housing units on a total area of 6 million m2 in Iran’s Parand and Pardis cities and takes on the construction of social areas and creates satellite cities.
